The workshop will cover principles of quantitative biophotonics applications and how these can be linked to mathematical models as part of translational systems biological strategies.

Teaching laptops will be provided for all participants. In case you want to use your own laptop, pease make sure that you have the following software installed:
- Matlab (2014 or later)
- Including the optimization toolbox
